Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment must be made in full at the time of order using one of the accepted payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address you provide. Shipping times are estimates only and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your AgeGenics purchase. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us .

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products, we’re unable to accept returns based on change of mind or personal preference.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please take photos from multiple angles and contact us witht he photos and your order number within 7 days and we will investigate and make it right. Note, we do not accept returns of opened or used items so ensure you do not open the item prior to taking the photos.

Process

  1. Email support@agegenics.com with your order number, reason for return and clear photographs from every angle of the items.

  2. We will confirm if your return is eligible and provide instructions.

  3. Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges

We do not exchange items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after it has been approved, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take several days for refunds to be processed.

SHIPPING POLICY 

All AgeGenics products are made-to-order and shipped directly from our USA fulfillment facility. Orders are processed as soon as possible and shipped via standard delivery. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Estimated delivery within the United States is 3 to 7 business days after processing. Please note that occasional delays may occur during busy periods or due to shipping carrier issues beyond our control.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as carrier delays or weather.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately.
